Creating an Alias in the Personal Address Book

Alias name	Speficy an alias for a user name, external entry, group or resource calendar. Note: You cannot use the same name for a private group, alias or private entry. Names are not case-sensitive.
Name	Enter a name for the user or group.
Search	Searches for the user name, external entry, group or resource calendar. This button is only shown when creating aliases in the Private Address Book.
Create	Creates the alias in the Personal Address Book.
	Displays the Help.
