Modifying the Alias Properties

You can specify an alias for a user name, external entry, group or resource calendar. The information displayed differs according to the user type specified for the alias.
User name
	Alias name You can modify the alias. Note: You cannot use the same name for a private group, alias or private entry. Names are not case-sensitive. Preferred delivery method This is the method for delivery for the message. User name This is the user name of the user. Last name This is the last name of the user. First name This is the first name of the user. Title This is the title of the user. Telephone This is the telephone number of the user. Fax This is the FAX number of the user. Street address This is the street address of the user. Internet address This is the Internet address of the user. (SMS address) This is the SMS address of the user. This field is displayed when the Teamware Office SMS integration option has been installed in the server. Description This is a simple description about the user.
External entry

Group
	Alias name You can modify the alias. Note: You cannot use the same name for a private group, alias or private entry. Names are not case-sensitive. Group name This is the name of the group. Members These are the members of the group.
Resource calendar
	Alias name You can modify the alias. Note: You cannot use the same name for a private group, alias or private entry. Names are not case-sensitive. Resource name This is the name of the calendar. Owner This is the owner of the calendar. Description This is a simple description about the calendar.
Note:	When [Other] is displayed for [Preferred delivery method] in properties, it means one of Telex, Teletex or X.400 Mnemonic Address has been configured in the exclusive use client.
Modify	Modifies the alias.
