Modifying the Private Entry Properties

User name

Enter a user name.

Note:

You cannot use the same name for a private group, alias or private entry.
Names are not case-sensitive.

Last name

Enter the last name.

First name

Enter the first name.

Preferred delivery method

Specify the delivery method for delivery for the message.
You can select FAX if the Teamware Office Fax integration option has been installed in the server.

(FAX address)

This is the FAX address when sending a message to a user. Specify this if you have selected FAX in [Preferred delivery method].
This field is displayed if the Teamware Office Fax integration option has been installed in the server.
An example of an address is as follows:

+01-123-456-789	International (USA)
03-1234-5678	Domestic
1234-5678	Local
e1234	Extension

(SMS address)

This is displayed if you have selected SMS in [Preferred delivery method]. The SMS address format is +[country code], [area code], [tel. number] for international messages and [area code], [tel. number] for domestic messages. Examples of SMS addresses are as follows:

+358505672232	International
0505672232	Domestic

Internet address

Specify the Internet address of the user.

Description

Enter a simple description about the user.

Note:

You cannot create an X.400 private entry in the WebService.

When [Other] is displayed for [Preferred delivery method] in properties, it means one of Telex, Teletex or X.400 Mnemonic Address has been configured in the exclusive use client.
The message is sent normally.

Modify

Modifies the private entry properties.

Displays the Help.
