Searching the Personal Address Book

This is the list in the Personal Address Book. The initial symbol indicates the following:
[U]	Private entry
[G]	Private group
[A]	Alias
Search	Enter a name and search. A private group, alias or private entry matching the search criteria are displayed.
Select	If you select a private group, alias or private entry from the list and click it, it is added in the previous window. You can select multiple entries.
Properties	If you select a private group, alias or private entry from the list and click it, the properties for it are displayed.
Note	When [Other] is displayed for [Preferred delivery method] in properties, it means one of Telex, Teletex or X.400 Mnemonic Address has been configured in the exclusive use client. The message is sent normally.
Directory search	The search is made for a Teamware user name, external entry, group or resource calendar.
