Displaying Other Schedules

This is the list of names in the Personal Address Book. Users whose entries have been deleted do not have calendars.
Click Other Schedules/Directory to search the calendars in Directory.
	You can arrange the names in ascending or descending order.
	This is an alias. The schedule of a user or resource calendar that has been assigned an alias is displayed.
	This is a private group. The schedule of users or resource calendars that have been specified in the private group is displayed.
	This is a user whose entry has been deleted.
	Searches the names in the Personal Address Book.
	Displays the Help.
