Modifying Calendar Properties

Name	This is the name of the calendar. You can modify the calendar name from the Group manager function.
Owner	This is the name of the calendar owner.
Description	Enter a description about the calendar.
Allow overlapping appointments	Check this box if you want to allow overlapping appointments.
Allowed time span for new appointments into future	Specify the allowed period for creating a new appointment. Set to Specify the numerical values and units to which you want to limit the appointment period. If you omit the numerical value the appointment period is not limited. Days Limits permission to create appointments in units of days. Weeks Limits permission to create appointments in units of weeks. 1 week is counted from the first day of a week to the day that precedes the first day of the following week. If you limit the appointment period to 1 week, you can only create appointments until the day that precedes the first day of the following week. Months Months are divided into calendar months. If you limit the permission to create appointments to 1 month, it means you can only create appointments for this month. If you want to create an appointment on days in the following month, you must wait until the 1st of that month before creating appointments. First day of the week Specify the first day of the week. This is valid if you have selected weeks as the unit for the appointment period.
