The criteria that can be specified are user name, external entry name, group name, resource calendar name, last name, first name and title. You can also specify custom attribute values when custom attributes have been defined. |

The list of user names, external entries, groups and resource calendars matching the search criteria is displayed.

You can narrow the target of the search by changing the search scope.
The names displayed in the search list mean the following:

[All] | The search scope is unlimited. |
[Organization unit name or area name] | This is the organization unit or area. You can move
up or down in an organization unit. |
[Area name-External] | This is an area that is defined for an external entry. |

|
The initial symbol means the following: |
[U] | User name |
[E] | External entry |
[G] | Group |
[R] | Resource calendar |
|
If you select a user name, external entry, group or resource calendar from the list and click this button, the message recipient or appointment recipient calendar is added. |

If you select a user name, external entry, group or resource calendar from the list and click this button, the properties are displayed. |

When [Other] is displayed for [Preferred delivery method] in properties, it means one of Telex, Teletex or X.400 Mnemonic Address has been configured in the exclusive use client.
