Personal Memo function list

Personal Memo stores ToDos and/or short memos on the server.
Personal Memo functions are:
Add todo	Add an ToDo item.
MODIFY	Modify selected item.
REMOVE	Remove selected item.
MOVE UP	Move the selected item one position up in the list.
MOVE DOWN	Move the selected item one position down in the list.
	TODOs that have been marked.
	Sort in ascending order.
	Sort in descending order.
	Displays the Help.
