Defining Message Properties

Importance Selects the importance level of the message.
There is no change in message delivery time regardless of the importance level.
You can select the following importance levels:

Normal:This is the default value.
Low:This is a message of low importance.
High: This is a message of high importance. is displayed in the message window.
Priority Selects the priority level of the message.
The priority level selected affects the message delivery time.
You can select the following priority levels:
Normal:This is the default value.
Low:The message delivery time is slower than for other priority levels.
High: The message delivery time is the shortest permitted in the mail system delivery range.
is displayed in the message list window.
Sensitivity Selects the sensitivity level of the message.
You can select the following sensitivity levels:

None:This is the default value.
Personal: This contains information of a personal nature, not company or public business.
is displayed in the message list window.
Private: This contains information that is intended for the recipient only.
You cannot autoforward a private message.
is displayed in the message list window.
Company Confidential: This contains information that is handled according to the particular security procedure of an enterprise.
is displayed in the message list window.
Receipt Status Reports You can set read status reports for mail messages. The reports inform you of how recipients deal with messages.
Select the appropriate option.

All: Default value
Status of all sent mail messages is reported.
Negative: Only failed message receipts are reported.
None: The status of sent mail message is not reported. The status will stay [Delivered] or [Sent].
Reply To Select the address of the person requesting the reply.
Check the [Reply to sender] box to include yourself as a reply recipient.
Note: You can specify a maximum of 30 Reply to recipients.
Searches for and selects Reply To recipients.
Searches for and selects Reply To recipients from the Personal Address Book.
Searches for and selects Reply To recipients from External Directory.
External Directory can be accessed when LDAP service is installed in the Teamware Office server.
It cannot be used, when you do not have the authority to use a External Directory or LDAP service is not installed.
Defer until Select the date and time when you want the message to be delivered.
You can select the date directly from this window.
