Presence status of other users (Personal Address Book)
This is the list of names in the Personal Address Book. Users whose entries have been deleted do not have calendars.
	You can sort the names in ascending or descending order.
	Denotes a user or group member that has been assigned an alias. Click the alias name to display that alias' presence status.
	Denotes members that have been specified in the private group. Click the private group name to display that group's presence status.
	Denotes a user whose entry has been deleted.
Search	Searches for names in the Personal Address Book.
Refresh	Click to refresh the window.
	Displays the Help.
Presence status of other users (Directory)
Search	Search for users to view their presence statuses.
	The following search criteria can be specified: user name, group name, last name, first name, and title. You can also specify custom attribute values if custom attributes have been defined.
Search for	Select a search target. You can specify a user or group.
Search scope	Select the search scope. Initially, the location of the logged in user is displayed. To change the search scope, select an item in the Search scope box.
	Displays the Help.

	Denotes a user that matched the search criteria. Click the user name to display the user's presence status.
	Denotes a group that matched the search criteria. Click the group name to display the group's presence status.
Search again	Returns to the Search window.
	Displays the Help.
