Personal Address Book function list

Displaying the Personal Address Book
  This is a private group.
A private group is only valid inside a Personal Address Book.
Note:
  • Do not modify or delete the private group named "[FavoriteCalendars]". It is used in the Calendar selector of Calendar service. If you delete this private group, the display settings for the members in Calendar selector of Calendar service will be lost.
  • Do not modify or delete the private group named "[FavoriteMembers]". It is used in the Presence status service. If you delete this private group, the display settings for the members in Presence status service will be lost.
 Alias.
 Private entry.
 This is a user whose entry has been deleted.
Notes The following are shown.
  Private groupThe description for the private group is displayed.
  AliasThe name of the user, group, resource calendar or external entry is shown. Click this name to view the properties.
 Private entryThe internet address of the private entry is shown. Click this name to call the e-mail application that has been defined in the browser.
 Sends a mail message to a user or group.
  Displays a simple schedule of a user, group or resource calendar.
  Displays a detailed schedule of a user, group or resource calendar.
  Adds a user or group to the Personal Address Book.
 
Private groups, alias names and private entries can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
 Searches for a name in the Personal Address Book.
 Refreshes the window.


Adding to the Personal Address Book
NEW GROUPCreates a private group.
ALIASCreates an alias.
NEW ENTRYCreates a private entry.
IMPORTImports outside data to the Personal Address Book as a private entry.
EXPORTExports private entries of the Personal Address Book in a file.

Note: You cannot use the same name for a private group, alias or private entry.
Names are not case-sensitive.
Deleting entries from the Personal Address Book
You can delete one or more entries from the Personal Address Book. Use the check boxes to select the entries you want to delete.
SELECT ALLSelects all entries currently visible on the screen.
DESELECT ALLRemoves the selection made by SELECT ALL.
DELETEDeletes the selected entries.
