Displaying the list of messages
TREE VIEW	Displays messages in a tree view.
FLAT VIEW	Displays messages in a flat view.
EXPAND ALL	Expands discussion thread.
COLLAPSE ALL	Collapses discussion thread.
	A message posted in a forum. This is displayed only when the Viewing History is disabled.
	Read message. This is displayed only when the Viewing History is enabled.
	Unread message. When messages are posted, the Unread mark is automatically attached. The mark is automatically changed to the read mark when messages are opened. This is displayed only when the Viewing History is enabled.
	Important mark. Mark a message Important to make other users aware of its urgency or importance.
FORUMNAME	Displays the list of messages in a forum.
OPEN FORUM	The list of messages of this forum is currently displayed.
	Sorts the subject, writer and date of a message in ascending or descending order.
	Searches for messages. You can specify a search target [ ALL ] Searches all messages [UNREAD] Searches only Unread messages Note: You can specify the target only when Viewing History is available.
	These icons and page numbers are displayed when there are more messages than can be listed on one page. Click the icon or page number to display the page you want to view. Note: These icons and page numbers are shown only when the flat view is selected. When the tree view is selected icons are shown.
	Refreshes the window.
Reading a message
Subject	Click the subject in the list of messages to view the message contents.
	An object is inserted in the message. Click to display the contents of the original message. If you reply to a message in which an object is inserted, this display changes to "// Missing information! //".
	Adds the address of the writer of the message to the Personal Address Book.
REPLY	Reply to a message.
DELETE	Deletes a message. Note: If you delete a message that has replies, it may be difficult to understand the rest of the discussion. Also, messages that have replies are not shown in the tree view when viewed using the Teamware Forum client. It is recommended that you do not delete a message that has replies.
MOVE DISCUSSION	Move the entire discussion to a different forum inside the same main forum. Click to view the list of forums. <Move> is displayed for a forum for which you have sufficient permissions. Click <Move> to move the message. Note: You can do this operation by starting from the first message in the discussion. If you are not the owner of the forum you want to move the message from, or you do not have at least [Modify forum] permissions for the forum you want to move the message from and at least [Read and write messages] permissions for the forum you want to move the message to, you cannot move the message.
SEND BY MAIL	Sends a forum message by mail. Note: In the environment where drag and drop functionality (ActiveX) is not available, attachment files of a forum message cannot be added to a message.
CLOSE	Closes the window.
The list of attachment files that have been attached with a message is displayed.
	Displays or saves an attachment file.
	You can sort the attachment file name, type, size or date in ascending or descending order.
Displays the discussion list when the message is part of a discussion.
Writing a message
	Writes and posts a message. You can specify a subject, important mark, contents and attachment files for the message. You cannot change which forum the message will be posted in.
	Displays the Help.
