Presence status function list

Displaying the presence status list
Name Denotes a user.
Click this to display the user's properties. In case of a group this will show the presence statuses in that group.
Presence status Click the Presence status to open the [Change presence status] window.
If the status was set by another user, an icon is displayed on the left of the status. Hover the cursor over this icon to display the name of the user who changed the status and the date and time of the change.
Notes:
  • You can only refer to the status of users in the same site with you.
  • To permit other users to change your presence status, in the [Selecting permissions] window, select a permission which includes the [Create appointments] permission for your calendar. (By default, the [See reserved time] permission is selected for [Everyone]. This means that [Create appointments] permission is automatically granted for [Everyone] by default. See the "Selecting calendar permissions" help in the [Selecting permissions] window for more details.
Modify favorite members Click to open a window in which you can modify members to display in the presence status list.
Search directory Click to open a window in which you can search Directory for users whose presence status you want to display.
Search address book Click to open a window in which you can select users whose presence status you want to display from your Personal Address Book.
Display calendar Displays the selected members' schedule.
Refresh Click to refresh the window.
Displays the Help.
