Displaying a calendar
Changes the date displayed in the calendar.
Changes the time displayed in the calendar.
5 minutes view Displays the appointment information a 5-minute grid.
Displays the non-overlapping appointment information of the same day on one row.
30 minutes view Displays the appointment information in a 30-minute grid.
Displays each appointment on a different row.

Note:
  • The [5 minutes view] icon and the [30 minutes view] icon are available, when the week view of user calendars or the day view of group calendars are displayed.
  • You can display the appointment information in more detail by clicking [5 minutes view]. Note: It takes longer to update the page when [5 minutes view] is used than when [30 minutes view] is used. It may also take longer to update the page in Netscape than in Internet Explorer..
Block view Displays the appointment information with start time and subject.
Time table view Displays the appointment information with colored areas a time range.
Note: The [Block view] icon and the [Time table view] icon are available, when the week view of group calendars is displayed.
Add to Calendar selector Adds the current calendar to the Calendar selector (that is, as a member of the [FavoriteCalendars] group.
Add to bookmarks Adds the current calendar to the Personal bookmarks listed on the Top page.


Changes the month display in a calendar.
Month
Displays appointment information in units of a month.
Week
Displays appointment information in units of a week.
List
Displays a list of appointments matching the specified criteria.


Viewing an appointment
Click the time range or subject of the created appointment to see the appointment description.
The color of the time range of the appointment depends on the status of the appointment.

An appointment that has been confirmed.

An appointment that has been rejected.

An appointment that is unanswered.

A private appointment.
  An object is inserted in the description.
Click to display the original description.
If you modify an appointment in which an object is inserted, this display changes to "// Missing information! //".
MODIFY Modifies the contents of the appointment.
CONFIRM Confirms the appointment.
REJECT Rejects the appointment.
DELETE Deletes the appointment.
  Displays a simple schedule of the recipient of the appointment.
  Returns to the schedule.

List of attachment files that have been attached with an appointment is displayed.
  Displays or saves an attachment file.
You can sort attachment files by name, type, size or date in ascending or descending order.


Creating an appointment
  Creates an appointment in the schedule.
You can specify recipients, subject, dates, time range, description and attachment files.
You can add or modify calendar recipients for the appointment by clicking [Add recipient].

Modifying the calendar properties
PROPERTIES You can modify the name of the calendar (resource calendar only), description, whether to allow overlapping appointments and the number of days allowed in advance for creation of appointments.
You can change the properties of a resource calendar from the Group manager function.

Selecting the permissions
PERMISSIONS Selects the permissions for the calendar.
You can select permissions separately for each user. You can also select the same permissions for everyone who can use the calendar and for all the members of a specific group.
You can change the permissions of a resource calendar from the Group manager function.

Displaying other schedules
Displays the list of names in the Directory or the Personal Address Book.
Other calendars / Directory
Opens a Directory search dialog to search and select calendars.
Other calendars / PAB
Displays the list of entries in the Personal Address Book.
  Displays the appointment information of a user or resource calendar given an alias.
  Displays the appointment information of users or resource calendars in a private group.
  A user whose entry has been deleted. A user whose entry has been deleted cannot have a calendar.
Using the Calendar selector
DISPLAY OWN Displays your own calendar. Clicking this is a fast method to return back to your own calendar after viewing other calendars.
DISPLAY ALL Displays all calendars listed in the Calendar selector.
EDIT Opens a dialog where you can add calendars to the Calendar selector and change the order of the listed calendars.
Click a calendar or group name listed in the Calendar selector to open the corresponding calendar.


 Refreshes the window.
