Specifying my presence: |

You can change your own presence status. Click the arrow on the right of the box and select the appropriate presence status. Then click [Edit].
|

If you select a presence status other than Present, you can specify a more detailed status in the new window.
|

Searching for users: |
|
|
You can specify the search criteria and search for users and external entries. |
|
|
The following search criteria can be specified: user name, external entry name, last name, first name, and title. If custom attributes have been defined, you can also specify custom attributes. If searching for all the above values with one criterion, the search results might be different from that of Teamware Office client. |

The search scope is the location that the logged in user belongs to. |

Displaying your schedule: |

Click the month at the top of the Calendar field to display the Calendar window in which your appointment information for the current month is displayed. |

Displaying the list of messages posted in the News forum: |

When the Viewing History is disabled, indicates that the most recent five messages (read and unread) out of a total of YY messages are displayed. When the Viewing History is enabled, indicates that the most recent five unread messages out of a total of YY unread messages are displayed. In either case, these numbers are only displayed if there are more than five messages to display in the list. |

A message posted in the News forum. This is displayed only when the Viewing History is disabled. |

A read message posted in the News forum. This is displayed only when the Viewing History is enabled. When an unread message in the list is clicked, its icon changes from to . This is displayed only if the Viewing History is available. |

Unread message posted in the News forum. This is displayed only when the Viewing History is enabled. When messages are posted, the Unread mark is automatically added. The mark is automatically changed to the read mark when messages are opened. This is displayed only if the Viewing History is available. |

| If the Viewing History is enabled, read messages remains in the list until the top page is refreshed. |
